Description: 

Force est de constater que plusieurs villages ne sont pas desservis par les TEC et autres transports en commun, et plus particulièrement Hombourg et Sippenaeken. Les séniors sont les plus touchés par cette absence d’offre. Il conviendrait de mettre en place des actions visant à améliorer la mobilité des personnes entre villages, par exemple la mise en place d'un taxi social…

Пробовал накрутку через дешёвые сервисы — толку не было. Статья помогла понять, почему. Оказывается, я крутил на сырой сайт (не проверил индексацию и позиции в топ-50).
