- Se localizaria en la Escuela de Aprendices de AHV.
- Gestionado por el Ayuntamiento/Gobierno Vasco y gente del pueblo y alrededores interesados en dichos temas y de alguna forma podría complementar el centro de Formacion Dual propuesto siendo un ejemplo situado al lado del Horno Alto de en que sectores se puede generar empleo despues de la desindustrializacion sufrida por nuestro pueblo.

Algo parecido viene a existir en Santurtzi http://basquefablab.com/ y se le podría añadir la parte de Hacklab según viene definido en https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hacklab y con organizaciones relacionadas como aparece en https://www.ehu.eus/es/web/itsas/baliabideak

No lo veo tanto como aulas de aprendizaje sino como un lugar donde impartir talleres en función de las necesidades que pueda tener la sociedad. Desde asociaciones de comerciantes hasta ciudadanos individuales, todos tienen una serie de necesidades que la tecnología y el software libre pueden ayudar a satisfacer. Con un análisis previo se podrían identificar y los participantes podrían intercambiar conocimientos, crear comunidad, etc. Niños, adultos, mayores: cualquier persona puede sacar provecho a al tecnología y al software libre.
